We produce our market-conforming product range at lowest processing costs. For the improvement of our competitiveness, we invest 5 % of our turnover each year.

We promote and demand the abilities of our employees for the achievement of top performances. For that we apply an open and team-oriented management style.

Yield
We achieve an average interest of our equity of 15 % over each complete economic cycle.

Environment
The creation of jobs and the conscious protection of the environment are an obligation for SBER towards the population of the region.
